Our mission is to transform the way children learn math by making it fun, engaging, and accessible to all. We believe that playing repeatable and challenging online educational games can significantly boost confidence and automaticity in maths — the crucial skill of knowing things instantly. Our free maths games for kids are designed to be both interactive and educational, encouraging learners to embrace mistakes as part of the learning process. If our games seem too easy, let us know, because learning should always be a challenge worth taking!
Mustakes was brought to life in July 2024, born out of a passion for creating interactive classroom activities that make maths enjoyable and effective. During a six-week summer break, I decided to put my knowledge to the test by building a website dedicated to free, interactive maths games that could be used both in the classroom and at home. The idea was simple: create learning games that are accessible online, challenge students, and support their educational journey. I spent the summer developing the website and refining the educational elements of the games, ensuring they were not only fun but also valuable learning tools for learning.
Mustakes is currently a one-man operation, led by me, Mr. Robe, a dedicated maths teacher based in Leeds, UK. In addition to teaching, I also work with White Rose Education as part of the secondary maths team. But two jobs in education weren’t enough to satisfy my passion for teaching, so I decided to turn my love for maths and learning into a new hobby: developing educational games online. I’m committed to creating high-quality, engaging online learning games that help students across the UK and beyond to enjoy maths and improve their skills.
